Interested and Interesting: A Gentle Goal for the Soul

This morning, as I sat quietly and asked my inner wisdom what kind of encouraging message I could share with you, a simple idea came through:

What if I set a goal this week to be interested as well as interesting?

We hear so much about goals—how to set them, measure them, meet them. But what if, instead of rigid benchmarks, we approached our goals as gentle experiments for growth? What if our intentions were rooted in curiosity rather than pressure?

For me, choosing to be interested is part of my deeper desire to bring love into the world. When I focus on you as a client, that intention creates a beautiful flow. I begin to see your strengths and your challenges. And when you give permission to release those challenges, I get to witness signs—subtle and clear—that something has truly shifted. It’s a sacred process.

You might have noticed that people who are interested in you and what you have to say often seem interesting to you, too. Maybe that’s a goal worth trying—notice how your own interest in others creates connection, and how that interest naturally flows back toward you.

Releasing Anger, Reclaiming Peace

There’s been so much going on in the world lately—so many moments that can shake our peace and make us question our purpose. I want to gently encourage you to continue giving yourself grace.

And if you’ve been feeling resentment or anger, please know this:
You don’t have to hold it. You can let it move.

Would you like to know that it's possible to release anger simply by noticing it?
Let this message be charged with that healing belief for you.

Here’s a simple practice I use when I notice anger in my body:

  1. Find a quiet spot. Take a few deep breaths.

  2. Notice where the anger lives in your body. Place your hands there.

  3. Invite the Creative Love that made you to help release that feeling.

  4. Visualize the energy shifting. Imagine the anger dissolving, or even picture yourself holding it in your hands and throwing it away.

We’re not meant to carry the weight of resentment forever. We can honor our feelings without letting them define us.

An Invitation to Reflect

So this week, I’m holding a gentle goal:
To be interested.
To stay curious.
To keep my heart open.

What about you?

Do you feel interesting? Are you interested?
How would it feel to approach your life this week with curiosity and grace?

I’d love to hear what’s moving through you. 💗
Let’s keep growing—together.

With love,
Jill
